This is a Micro USB based 18650 Single cell Battery Charging module. It supports 5V input and provide 4.2V stable output at B+ and B- terminal for 18650 cell charging at constant rate current which is programmable through resistor at max 1A. This board has FS8205 dual N Channel MOSFET and DW01A based over current protection circuit inbuilt.
