L293D - H-Bridge Motor Driver

The L293D has two full H-Bridge or four half H-bridge circuit for Motor driving . The L293D is designed to drive loads such as relays, solenoids, dc and bipolar stepping motors. All inputs are TTL compatible. L293D IC can drive 2 DC motors bi-bidirectionally or one stepper motor which is bellow 600mA. Motor with rating 4.5 to 36V can be used with 5V logic level control.
