ATMega8L-8PU is a 28-Pin 8kb 8-bit Atmel AVR Microcontroller. 131 Powerful Instructions, Most Single Clock Cycle Execution, 512 Bytes EEPROM, 1K Bytes Internal SRAM, 8 channel 10-bit ADC, Four PWM Channels, 8 MIPS, Wide Operating Voltages 2.7 - 5.5V. Atmega8L-8PU is ideal for low voltage applications because of its wide operating voltage, it can be over clocked at very stable 12 MHz operation if input voltage is stable 4.5-5.5V.
