Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy:
We ship our products only within India. We ship through Speed Post. Speed Post Tracking. Check your account history for tracking number and other updates.

Delivery can take 1-2 working days in metro city and 3-7 working Days for remote places, any delay caused by courier company is not our responsibility. Products are shipped only after receiving the full payment. Those who paying in cash and not adding cash deposit charges to the order total amount, will have to pay extra Rs.50/- as a penalty for their order.
     
All the orders need some processing time that means after your payment is confirmed, we will start packaging your list of products. If all the items are in stock it will dispatched within 24 Hrs. if not in stock it can take 2-3 days for procurement. Back order product can take longer time to procure if time is more than 3 days we will inform you by mail.    

Shipping charges are added automatically to the total cost during checkout.
our packaging reduces the chance of damage in transit, even then buyer must check the content of the package in presence of courier person. If any thing found missing or broken, return it to courier. Once delivered no claim will be entertained.  
 
Shipping charges:
For all India we charge on the basis of shipping weight. And that charges include packaging also. For up to 50 gm Rs.60, op to 200 gm Rs.110, op to 500 gm Rs.150 and up to 1 kg Rs.250/-
And For customer In Kolkata and West Bengal Started Free shipping for order value above Rs.2000/- and it is higher for low value order like up to Rs.500/- order value shipping charges Rs.150, order value up to  Rs.1000/- Shipping Rs.110/- order value up to Rs.1500/- shipping Rs.60/-, order value up to Rs.2000/- shipping Rs.30/- and above Rs.2000/- order value shipping is Free.     

Taxes:
We have no control or prior knowledge of State Taxes or Octroi that may be charged by your state.
These taxes (if any) will be paid by the courier company and collected from the buyer on delivery.
The buyer is responsible to pay these taxes.

Payment Options:
First place an order, shopping cart will give you total cost of product, including shipping and handling charges.
NEFT:- You can pay using your Net Banking (online) Bank account. Register our account for third party fund transfer, and activate it then you can transfer the amount you want. This method of payment is recommended because it is  safe and secure and shows your name in payment details. You can use any ones account for this option of payment, always mention your order number in payment comment it will help faster order processing.
       
Cash deposit:- If you don't have any bank account, You can pay your order by cash to our bank account, at your nearest Bank branch. for cash deposit please add Rs.10/- to the order total for bank service charges for SBI.
 
Bank Details will be provided to you by mail after you place an order.
